Windows 7 and Chrome vulnerability

Security analysts have discovered a vulnerability with Chrome running on Windows 7 machines. Anyone using the Chrome browser should ensure that he or she is using the latest version of Chrome.

The Chrome browser can be updated by clicking the three-dot button to the right of the address bar, clicking “Help” from the resulting menu, then “About Google Chrome”. The resulting page will advise whether you are on the latest version or provide the option to update if not.

With Windows 7 machines set to become obsolete in 2020, now is the time to plan to rotate out any remaining Windows 7 machines on your network.
