The VCI Systems consultancy team have a combined industry experience of 80 years and an uncanny ability to sound identical to one another when answering the phones!
You may struggle to tell the various consultants apart at the start of the conversation but always take reassurance from the fact that the team will know both you and your network.
Robert Creech – Director
Founder and Managing Director of VCI Systems, Robert is responsible for the day to day running of the business whilst remaining an active participant in the client-facing roles of remote support, site work and new business development.
Prior to being drawn into the world of IT in the late 1990’s, Robert’s background was customer service and account management.
He maintains that his working life involves looking after people – it just happens to ‘be in IT’ right now.
Tony Sibley – Senior Consultant – Support and Network Management
Tony’s genuine interest in IT was clear from his CV and interview even before he joined VCI Systems in 2001 as part of a vocational college course. Tony secured a permanent role and has taken the pivotal role in the daily management of client networks and contract support. Tony brings unflappable perseverance and a near obsessive attention to detail to the mix.
Away from the office Tony can be found sampling the local craft ales with his wife; unless there is a big recently-released video game, in which case you’ll find him curled up on the sofa with his cat, Pixel.
Kevin Lamb – Sales and Marketing Manager
Having run his own business for over 10 years, working with vendors, distributors and service providers to expand UK/EMEA teams and business, and with a highly successful track record of over 25 years in IT/Cyber Security Senior Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and a passion for business growth to VCI Systems. Away from work, Kevin loves nothing more than kayaking and coast path walking.
Laura West – Technical & Accounts Support
Blending her love of technology, experience in 1st line support and wonderful organisational skills, Laura joined the VCI family in November 2020, carrying out Backup Checks to ensure your systems are running smoothly, as well as helping with Admin and Bookkeeping to ensure VCI runs smoothly!
In her spare time, Laura is often found with paintbrush or screwdriver in hand, getting to grips with her latest DIY project!
Connor Chiles – IT Support Apprentice
Connor joined VCI in September 2021 as an IT Support Apprentice and will be helping to answer any IT issues you may have, alongside studying one day a week at Reading College.
With his interest and knowledge of all things IT, Connor fits in brilliantly and is a great asset to the team.

Simon Brereton – IT Consultant
Simon joined VCI in 2023 and brings many years of experience covering GDPR Compliance Assessment, Cyber Security, network management and general IT support. His passion for helping businesses be more productive by saving them time on technology makes him a valuable addition to the installation and site consultancy team.
Bear – Office Security
Building upon a wealth of experience in tug-of-war games and occasional tennis ball retrieval, Bear brings a welcoming tail wag to visitors along with background noise to the odd phone call.
Aided by technology, Bear can work remotely and is not always office based.
