Robert Creech – Director

Founder and Managing Director of VCI Systems, Robert oversees the day-to-day operations while actively engaging in client-facing roles, including remote support, site work, and new business development.

With a background in customer service and account management, Robert’s career has always been about looking after people, now with a focus on providing excellent IT support in Berkshire.

Tony Sibley – Senior Consultant – Support and Network Management

Tony joined VCI Systems in 2001 as part of a vocational college course and quickly secured a permanent role. He now plays a pivotal role in the daily management of client networks and contract support. Tony’s genuine interest in IT, coupled with his perseverance and obsessive attention to detail, make him indispensable.

As a key member of our team of excellent IT support consultants in Berkshire, Tony ensures that our clients’ systems run smoothly and efficiently. Outside the office, Tony enjoys sampling local craft ales with his wife or indulging in the latest video games with his cat, Pixel.

Kevin Lamb – Sales and Marketing Manager

With over 25 years of experience in IT/Cyber Security Senior Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to VCI Systems. Having successfully run his own business for over 10 years, Kevin is passionate about business growth and excels in providing excellent IT support in Berkshire.

His strategic insights and marketing prowess have significantly contributed to the expansion of our services. When not working, Kevin enjoys kayaking and coast path walking, appreciating the natural beauty of the outdoors.

Laura West – Technical & Accounts Support

Laura joined VCI in November 2020, blending her love of technology with her 1st line support experience and exceptional organizational skills. She conducts Backup Checks, ensures systems run smoothly, and handles administrative and bookkeeping tasks to keep VCI Systems operating efficiently.

As part of our excellent IT support team in Berkshire, Laura’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that our clients’ needs are met promptly and effectively. In her spare time, Laura is often found with a paintbrush or screwdriver in hand, tackling her latest DIY project with enthusiasm.

Connor Chiles – IT Support Apprentice

Connor joined VCI in September 2021 as an IT Support Apprentice. He assists with resolving IT issues while studying at Reading College one day a week. With a strong interest and extensive knowledge of IT, Connor is a valuable asset to the team.

As part of our excellent IT support consultants in Berkshire, he contributes significantly to our mission of providing top-notch services to our clients. Don’t forget to ask him about his impressive trainer collection when you chat with him on the phone!

Simon Brereton – IT Consultant

Simon joined VCI in 2023, bringing with him many years of experience in GDPR Compliance Assessment, Cyber Security, network management, and general IT support. His passion for helping businesses become more productive by optimizing their technology systems makes him a valuable addition to the installation and site consultancy team.

As one of our excellent IT support consultants in Berkshire, Simon is dedicated to ensuring that our clients’ IT infrastructure is secure and efficient, enabling them to focus on their core business activities.

Bear – Office Security

Bear brings a wealth of experience in tug-of-war games and occasional tennis ball retrieval to the team. He welcomes visitors with a friendly tail wag and occasionally adds a bit of background noise to phone calls. Bear can also work remotely thanks to modern technology, ensuring that our excellent IT support in Berkshire remains well-guarded and secure. His cheerful presence in the office boosts morale and provides a warm welcome to all who visit.
