Robert Creech – Director

Founder and Managing Director of VCI Systems, Robert oversees the day-to-day operations while actively engaging in client-facing roles, including remote support, site work, and new business development.

With a background in customer service and account management, Robert’s career has always been about looking after people, now with a focus on providing excellent IT support in Berkshire.

Tony Sibley – Senior Consultant – Support and Network Management

Tony joined VCI Systems in 2001 as part of a vocational college course and quickly secured a permanent role. He now plays a pivotal role in the daily management of client networks and contract support. Tony’s genuine interest in IT, coupled with his perseverance and obsessive attention to detail, make him indispensable.

As a key member of our team of excellent IT support consultants in Berkshire, Tony ensures that our clients’ systems run smoothly and efficiently. Outside the office, Tony enjoys sampling local craft ales with his wife or indulging in the latest video games with his cat, Pixel.

Daniel Scriven – IT Support Consultant

Joining the VCI ranks in June 2024 as an apprentice, Daniel brought a wealth of customer-focused experience to the table, along with an incredible work ethic, boundless patience and an efficiency of operation well beyond his time in the industry.

Daniel lives and breathes the VCI core values and has been an amazing addition to the team from day one. He is now a full consultant, taking the lead on many of the support projects.

Jordan Edwards – IT Support Apprentice

Jordan joined VCI in the late summer of 2025. Whilst IT was a career change for Jordan, he has an interesting background that demonstrates commitment, application, reliability and the VCI favourite; a constant desire to learn and improve.

Providing a steady hand to many of the new device setups, Jordan is yet another friendly voice in the office and face on site.

Naeem Bajwa – IT Support Apprentice

June seems to be a good month for employment decisions – in the space of the first week of June 2026 we welcomed Naeem to the VCI support team, celebrated Daniel’s second anniversary and Tony’s 25th. Naeem brings existing IT support experience along with the patience and humility that comes from a sustained period in high-level customer care roles.

He has quickly become a vital part of VCI’s day-to-day customer support including site visits for maintenance and installation work.

Laura West – Technical & Accounts Support

Laura joined VCI in November 2020, blending her love of technology with her 1st line support experience and exceptional organizational skills. She conducts Backup Checks, ensures systems run smoothly, and handles administrative and bookkeeping tasks to keep VCI Systems operating efficiently.

As part of our excellent IT support team in Berkshire, Laura’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that our clients’ needs are met promptly and effectively. In her spare time, Laura is often found with a paintbrush or screwdriver in hand, tackling her latest DIY project with enthusiasm.

Bear and JD – Former Office Security

With great sadness, we write that Bear (2014-2026) has left his position and now guards the networks of the skies having passed away in the summer. He is now with JD (1997-2010), who set the tone for the calm and measured approach we have come to expect from our four-legged office companions.

We may yet find a suitable applicant for this vacant role in due course but these are big paws to fill.
