End User Remote Support

For all your IT niggles, you and your team can just pick up the phone and talk to us.

We use a number of different tools to facilitate remote support for both Windows and Mac so, as long as you can get onto the internet, we can go beyond simple telephone support and view your screen (by invitation) to assist and resolve most queries. If you do find our voicemail picking up the call, leave a message and we will call you back. If the situation requires a site visit, our focus on local businesses means we are never too far away should that emergency arise.

Office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday; 9am – 5pm Friday.

Out of hours support is also available.

Office 365 Hosted Email

Create mailboxes for all team members, giving them access to Emails wherever they may be.

You have the option to add Office software licences to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Backup Service

No need to worry about losing data or files again. Our backup service means we can simply and easily retrieve any deleted files for you and the team within minutes.
